The midnight sauna is a “hot pleasure” at a late hour. Every last Friday of the month the Soltau Therme invites visitors to enjoy the mood for a late sauna. From 20.00 to 01.00 in the morning, you can unwind at high temperatures. A special high point awaits visitors from 22.00. This is when the doors are opened to swimming without a stitch on in the brine bath. Feel like a tasty midnight snack? Our “Sole Mio” sauna bar awaits you with a small but perfectly formed menu of late-night feasts.

For all romantics and lovers of candlelight, the Candlelight-Therme is a real bright spot. Right on time for the darker season, from September to February on every first and third Friday in the month the brine bath glows in glorious candlelight. Visitors can relax in the warm waters of the brine bath from 19.00 to 23.00 while listening to classical music. For this romantic pleasure, pay just the normal entry price and not a cent more. Why not also let yourself be entranced by the culinary delights in our restaurant!

Summer - Sun - Sunshine: With this motto we invite visitors from March - October always on the 1st and 3rd Friday to spend a pleasant few hours at the brine bath. With our refreshing cocktails and culinary treats you can leave your everyday life behind you from 19.00 – 23.00. Enjoy a special kind of evening – all for the normal entry price.  

Come on kids – there’s something going on here! Whether it’s Easter, summer, autumn or Christmas, the Soltau Therme offers children and young people plenty of excitement during their holidays and a well thought-out holiday programme. The team of organisers ensure there is plenty of fun and exercise in, on and near the water as well as water chute contests. The children can also have a great time with our water toys. With face painting children can show their true colours and make themselves up any way they want under expert guidance. The scissors and paint pots get plenty of use during painting and craft sessions. And depending on the season, the Therme gets some well-known visitors, such as the Easter Bunny or Santa Claus.

Splish-Splash afternoons are all about sparkling fun. Above and under the water, children and young people from 5 to 15 have a whale of a time in the indoor swimming pool. A large selection of water toys guarantees variety. These afternoons are held every last Tuesday of the month from 15.00 to 17.30.

How high should the temperature be? What is the ideal length of time in the “hot cabins”? And what about afterwards? Is it better to shower or jump into the plunge pool All your questions about saunas will be answered at the taster sauna. Our female sauna expert will be with you for an hour – to tell you about the theory, introduce you to the practice and reveal more about the background. The focus, of course, is on all the health aspects. In this way you will discover step by step how you can find the ideal relaxation and wellbeing in the Soltau Therme sauna centre.

A 1-hour taster sauna is free of charge. Stays for longer than this are charged according to the price list.
