Little seahorses
In the little seahorses course, children learn in a fun way how to move safely and above all fearlessly in the water. Arm and leg coordination are trained with targeted exercises, and the children practise going underwater and jumping in from the side of the pool.

Bronze course for children (badge training)
This course is aimed at children who have already had their first experiences of swimming, jumping and going underwater with their little seahorses badge. To compensate for any uncertainties or areas of weakness, on this course training is given in more persistent swimming, going deeper underwater and jumping in from the one-metre board.

Swimming courses for adults
It is never too late to learn to swim. These courses are specially targeted at adults who would still like to swim and are looking for sporting activity in the water. Swimming is the ideal sport at any age for keeping fit and doing something for your health.
